Commercial Properties

Signato Air currently maintains different commercial properties in the Brisbane CBD and surrounding locations. Our complete service offering includes chiller maintenance, air conditional asset maintenance, essential service testing and recording, and repairs and breakdown attendance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Each property maintained by Sirius Air is allocated both an account manager and senior technician, so clients have clear communications lines and always have someone available to talk to if issues arise. Our team develops a full maintenance strategy for each property that includes an initial dilapidation report, expected life and replacement costs.

Regular updates are provided by the delivery of detailed monthly reports at scheduled account management meetings.
