29 May Sirius Air Newsletter No 5
Welcome to Sirius Air’s Newsletter.
With the on-set of autumn temperatures have come down, bringing some relief from the heat of summer and the multiple extreme weather events. Now is a good time to plan for all those large repair jobs which might have been delayed during those hotter months.
Our project team is happy to help with small and large HVAC jobs, from installing split systems to chiller replacements. Please let us know if we can be of assistance.
We are also happy to go over all outstanding quoted work we may have for your sites and work out a plan to get that work done over the next few months.
Customer Portals: Access your info more easily
In our last newsletter, we talked about our online portal which is now available for use by all our customers. The portal is accessible via our Online Service Management software, AroFlo. Once you log-in with your unique user log-in, everyone in your organisation has real-time access to:
The status on all jobs, including those booked and waiting for action;
All outstanding quotes waiting for your review;
Complete service history on your assets in our system.
Accessing our portal can significantly reduce the time it takes to find relevant information and the amount of paperwork produced.
Please let us know if you would like to be set up with a log in and password, so you can have easy 24 x 7 access to up-to-date information on the status of your HVAC assets.
Power price hikes: Are you prepared?
There’s been much talk in the press recently about significant hikes in the cost of electricity to hit Australian businesses in the near future. HVAC systems can account for between 45 – 65% of your core building power costs. At Sirius Air we have a number of different solutions to help clients optimise the efficient operation and performance of their HVAC systems, which can have a huge impact on your power bill.
We are happy to do a one-off review and recommend a program to help re-calibrate and optimise your systems to reduce your energy costs.
We can also bundle HVAC maintenance, BMS maintenance and pro-active energy efficiency measures together with a guaranteed saving in your power bill.
Talk to us today before you get hit with a huge power price hike.
